What is up with that?

So, as I was discussing..most of my neighbors are nice, however, the people who live down the street a bit the ones who had the bad pond, who have since cleaned it up, are strange..especially the guy who once accused the de facto President of the development of trying to run him over with a little tractor thing he drives around. He also wanted to start a neighborhood watch and went around taking pics of other people's property. Not surprising it was a no go. Anyway, as I was coming out I saw a police car going to his house. You almost never see them here..maybe I have seen 1 in the last 6 months. Anyway, it wasn't a routine or friendly visit. The lights were flashing. Maybe Mr. and Mrs. Weird got into a argument that went too far, I have no idea. Anyway, I had some errands to do, and by the time I got back...police were gone..all quiet on the Western front.

My son neighborhood is really quiet with the exception of the one older lady who cannot seem to speak in a normal tone of voice. If she talks, she is in yelling mode. She doesn’t appear to be hard of hearing. She plays rap music constantly. Sometimes it’s too loud and then someone calls the police and they come and warn her she is too loud. I guess it takes all kinds, I know we are all different, but she just comes across as loud and obnoxious.
I am sorry you have a difficult neighbor. I try to ignore the one I described, if I see her outside I nod or say hi, but I know from experience if I talk to her she has to use the yelling voice she uses on everyone. Ugh.

The guy is a hot head, and a whiner. He probably accused his wife of assaulting him because she shook a spoon at him or something.

Well their dogs occasionally get loose and are running around, but they seem friendly.
