it rained last night

It Rained Last Night.

But it didn't leave much evidence. Only the wet soil in my pots and the wet outside slippers I left near the gate. Hopefully, the weather will be kind enough to dry the clothes I am washing. Yesterday's weather is all sunny and hot. I'm hoping it's the same as well today. I will brew my first cup of coffee now. What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner? How's your weather?

Although my city did not get rain, enough area around us did to bring our high today to 90 F (32 C). Which is a lot better than what we had been getting. It’s almost 11pm now, so as soon as this (American) football is over, I’ll head to bed (hopefully).
