If you could invent anything right now

Okay let's just imagine a situation where you could invent literally anything you could think of, the materials and resources is not an issue, even the capital is not an issue, all you have to do is to imagine it. What would you invent?;
Feel free to say those crazy ideas that might naturally not be possible lol

I’d like to invent a machine that could transfer physical sensations from one person to another. I could attach it to myself and then connect it to a doctor or another person, and they would actually feel what I’m feeling. That way, they'd experience the sensation I'm experiencing, so they don't have to rely entirely on my words or description. I think that would make explaining certain things so much easier.

@eLdav1s Exactly! I've thought of that because many a times, I wish I could just make the doctor feel what I am feeling instead of just describing it.

What would I invent
A flying motorbike that could swim as well and be used on the roads and never need petrol or a battery recharged.
