Bindi Raye has over 80.000 followers on Instagram. Ostensibly, she’s a young, attractive fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) mining worker. When on-site, he posts about the wonders of the outback and the quality of the food in the mess-hall. When she is home in Perth, she’s soaking up the sun on the beaches, having coffee with her friends or attending footie matches and supporting the West Coast Eagles. Those who can’t get enough of her can, for a monthly fee, subscribe to Fanvue to watch her pornographic videos. But here’s the rub – she’s not real. Totally concocted by some AI expert. Her Instagram account does not have an AI label although there is a small one on Fanvue. Experts believe it’s all AI-generated. I wonder who’s getting the money? I think Rolf Harris' daughter was Bindi too. Just checked and it is. Apparently she has changed her name now.

This is wild honestly, feels like every week theres a new AI person out there fooling thousands. Makes you wonder how many "real" accounts we follow are even human at this point. Someone's definitely cashing in while nobody's watching.

She's certainly not the first AI-generated 'influencer' I've read about. I think we should all get on the bandwagon because while we're not all young and gorgeous in real life, we can be this way and of course our creation will never age Seriously, if people are duped into thinking she's real then I think that's wrong. On the other hand if it was clear that she was AI-generated then I guess reading about/ watching her adventures is not so different to reading about your favourite fictional character or watching a soap opera, is it?
