Have you ever tried Coco jelly?
Coco jelly is jelly that Made in a coconut. I think firstly it was Made in Thailand and most Coco jelly in world is exported by Thailand. In Indonesia some people make and sell it but never export it only for local market.
The taste is awesome.

@Ineeddentures I have not seen it here either. It sounds like one of those things that might be easier to find in an Asian market.

I have never tried coco jelly before, but it sounds really interesting. Jelly made inside a coconut sounds quite different, and now you have me curious about what it tastes like.

@Ineeddentures Ah, so it is also called nata de coco! I have heard that name before, but I did not realise it was coconut jelly. The mildly sweet and chewy texture actually sounds quite nice.
