Hello everyone, how are you doing? I thought I'd share another photo for my series. This time it's a photo I took many years back with my DSLR camera. It's a photo of the moon, if you couldn't tell. I know it's not professional quality even with the camera but I know it's better than what I'd get with a phone camera. I know they have come a long way though. What do you think of the photo? I know I'm sure many of you probably have better moon photos!

I like it! The best moon shot I ever saw by an amateur was from my stepmom. She just had a cell phone for pictures, but I swear she gets the best photos. Maybe it’s her unending patience (that I don’t have).

Thank you. Well that's good that's the best you saw from her and maybe it had a pretty nice camera too. Patience can help I guess lol

That thin sliver of moon against the tree branches is really nice, gives it a moody kind of feel. Simple shot but it works, sometimes less is more with sky photos. Good catch on timing it right before the light was gone.
