How Is Everyone??

Hey 'Lotters!! I've been busy doing this or that this week and have fallen a bit behind here.
We didn't do any auctions this week either and I did my restocking at the flea market on Friday.
My dryer went out this past week and I told my husband we will just hang clothes up to dry for now. We will have to move the washing machine out of the laundry room to get the dryer out. And I don't feel like going through all that drama right now.
Besides I am heading out to oldest daughter's tomorrow (Sunday) to help out with the baby this coming week. Her husband is working days, so no help with the baby. Her boss has told her that he has had a couple of complaints from clients about hearing a baby crying while on the phone with her. So he is on the warpath now. She cut her maternity leave short to go back early because he asked her to and now this. Ugg!
So that is where I will be next week. I'll be bringing my laptop along so I'll be able to check in and keep in touch.
What have ya'll all been doing this week? What did I miss?

Oh no that boss sounds like a real piece of work, complaining about a crying baby when she cut her leave short for him. Hope your daughter gets some breathing room this week and the baby stuff goes smooth. Hang in there with the dryer drama too, that's a whole project nobody wants to deal with.

I just hate it when appliances die. It's never, ever convenient.
I am sure your girl will be so glad to have help with her new baby. I was blessed to be able to help with all the grands I have except the last one--he was born in the worst of the pandemic, nothing fell into place no matter what, so I didn't get to go. I have to admit to love rocking babies! Glad you can go be with her!

We get caught up with life sometimes that it's difficult to be in mylot. It's a good thing that you'll be able to be here next week.
