A cold orange

It is very hot outside about 34-36 Celcius. I am lying on bed because of my pain and nothing i can do. The fan never stops to chill in. I just get an cold orange because it is fresh, watery and contains high vitamin C. It helps ke to hydrate to.

I feel better. I am trying to sit on chair and able to change my position on bed sleeping on right or left side for several minutes. Its very good progres

Here the weather is not so hot, but the fan is moving over our heads. We don't switch it off.
