Oh I baked a cake and I forgot to post about it.
Before our last little holiday
And just before we went away so here it is
It's a very simple cake
It had to be simple or I would have struggled to make it
It was only about 4 ingredients
Flour
Baking powder.
Greek yogurt
Strawberries
It came out ok
I was quite pleased with it

@Ineeddentures I like to add a bit, but I use plain yogurt, and it's not sweet.

Your cake is beautiful! II haven´t baked a cake maybe for 30 years. The last one was beautiful. It was meant to be for one of my daughters. I put it high on a kitchen shelf. The next day, when I took it out to fill it with cream and jam, I discovered that a whole nest of ants had decided to use it as their home. From then on I buy cakes.

I did post about MasterChef and my Apron didn't I?
This cake was ok
It was good enough to eat lol
I am not a baker so the recipe had to be simple.
Mix ingredients
Put in greased baking tin
Bake
That's it

Neither was I
Bit the recipe came out really well and ai wouldn't have known it was made of yogurt when I was eating it
