I'm kind of getting over having the wing printer in my classroom

Yes in the year of our Lord 2026 an entire wing has to share one printer. When I started in another district back in 2001 every room had its own printer.
These people are absolute animals with it. Not only do they print all through the periods which is a distraction for the students (and me) but they will print 20, 50, 100 pages at once. Then they walk in to go through the pile to find their stuff. I'm a pretty chill person but like come get your stuff in between classes or when I don't have a class.
What kills me is that people will eff it up by trying to print double-sided pages and then it just refuses to work. They come into my room and ask me what's wrong with it and why I didn't fix it. I'm like "I'm just the babysitter". When they've used up all of the paper they get pissed that I haven't called for more. Um I'm not the one who just printed 100 pages.
It is very convenient for me to have the printer in my room but it also can be annoying.

That sounds very frustrating. It sounds like it would be better to choose the hours they can do printing
