As of tomorrow it will be October, I am still looking under couches and my bed for September but it seens to have all disappeared 
Now I am looking foward to the spooky month and I remember that my mom alwasy wanted me to be one of those cute fairy princesses on Halloween, But no I was bound and determined to be a witch, So that was what I was when Halloween came each year, Remember those 1960s costumes which I am wearing in the photo?

@AmbiePam those were the popular costumes in the 1960s and so for a couple of years i was a witch,

@RasmaSandra My mom bought pumpkin costumes for sis and I one year and took our pics with them on. I do not remember what I was any other year to be honest. I think I just wore a mask most years.

@snowy22315 in those days it was easy for parents the kids chose the costume and it all came in one box,

Halloween was never a big thing here but that is a great photo. I had to laugh at your mother waning a princess but you wanting to be a witch.

Since I am several hours ahead, it is already October here and we are having a gloomy morning.

We had such goofy, simple costumes back then. But one year, I got to be Wonder Woman and my mom MADE my costume. I still have the "golden" lasso! What a wonderful memory.
