The bikes been sold

I posted yesturday about a ‘ find ‘ that I had on Sunday, A child’s bike was being thrown away and I’d asked if I could have it. The lady was pleased it was out of the way. I gave it a clean and The Mister pumped up the tyres. I put it up for sale and last night a chappie asked to buy it. He has just been and collected it. An easy £55 ….. I love it when a plan comes together……

@traceyjayne Well hopefully that makes up for the lack of turkey earlier. £55 coming your way unexpectedly is a lovely feeling. It would go into my holiday account if it were mine. But it’s not.

@xFiacre. It has gone into the ‘ treats ‘ account. The Mister was chuffed when I told him ……he actually didn’t want me to have it in the first place , that’s why he said I’d got to be the one to go and ask about it ….i don’t think that he thought I would ask….called his bluff now though , selling in four days …. I still would have liked Turkey though !

Nice one, thats a proper win for a bike that was getting binned. Good on you for spotting it and giving it a clean up. £55 for hardly any effort is great, hope you find more like it.
