Should I stack up water too?

This El Niño weather phenomena got people really scared. I'm thinking of renting another water container from the seller. We actually don't have a drinkable tap water. Anyways, we are lucky for now we live in a place with good water supply. Sadly, I don't have a device or machinery that could catch rain and use it in emergencies. I only have a drum and it can't be used for drums.

Renting another container sounds like a smart move, better safe than sorry. Its good that your area has a steady water supply for now. Even just having a drum around helps a lot when things get tough.

Could you possibly make something to catch water in I got some guttering, plastic guttering Secured it to a higher up fence And put it into the top of a big plastic bucket and it collects rain water very well

Having a rain catchment system can be really handy for storing water to use for watering plants, washing, and cleaning. El Niño is definitely something to be concerned about, and I think it’s already being felt in my province in Bicol, as the rains have noticeably decreased.

If I was worried about getting enough drinking water, I think I'd rent another container. Things can go really bad if you run out.
