Arroz ala Cubana for Today

Arroz ala cubana was my breakfast today. It was prepared without the egg though. I cooked the ground pork the other day and there much of it. So I partitioned it in four different disposable bento boxes and kept in the freezer for future meals. Today I took one and made into an arroz ala cubana. I like it. What was your breakfast today?

Arroz a la cubana without the egg still sounds so good to me. Smart move freezing the pork in little boxes, that saves so much time later. I just had toast and coffee today, nothing fancy.

That sounds so good to me. I have never had any, but I’d like to try it. I had some baked chicken for breakfast today.
