Do you buy 12 month wall calendars anymore?

This is a free calendar to review, and although I record every appointment and big occasion in my phone, I do use a 12 month calendar to also record them. I hang it on my kitchen wall, and check it every once in awhile just to double check. It just makes me feel better. I like the goofy look of the horse!

I like the little monthly calendars. You just don't get free regular calendars anymore. Like you, I prefer to write things down and see a month laid out at a glance and not play on a smartphone or tech device to know what day it is.

@AmbiePam Yes, you never had to buy them. So many businesses gave them out free.

@thislittlepennyearns Lucky you. It's because you live away from a big city and more I want to say friendly or old fashioned but a place more caring of the locals?

I don't buy them anymore, but if I get a freebie from the VA or something, I'll hang it. The last one I got is still hanging in the kitchen at June 2022.

@AmbiePam - I'm guessing they still give them out. I haven't really been out there in a few years. I do most of my VA stuff on video connect now.

@teamfreak16 Makes sense since they let you do that now. So convenient.

Mom and I were given free calendars from the garden centre last week. I don’t need to buy one now.

I like to get calendars that have cats or dogs on them for every month of the year.

When Aunt was alive, she absolutely loved Mary Engelbriet calendars. She made sure she bought two every year, one for me and one for herself. My son in law gets a lot of beautiful calendars in the mail, he shares them with me and I keep my favorite (animals and/or historic scenes) and pass the rest to friends. I like having a regular calendar.

I don't typically buy them, but if I saw a nice one I really wanted to have, I would.

Since I was a kid, I don't remember we ever bought a single wall calendar, but we have lots of them. We had our own printed with our business name to give away to people.
And we got them as presents from different companies as well including our bank. So there wasn't a need to buy at all.
And we still do it nowadays.

Ha, I do the same thing, phone for the reminders and a paper calendar on the wall just to be sure. It really does feel better seeing everything written out where you walk past it. A horse with a goofy look sounds like a fun one to have in the kitchen all year.
