Roast pork for Sunday lunch ….and the best pud !

Well. Today is Sunday and we went to my Moms for Sunday lunch ….a roast dinner day ….my favourite.
Today we had roast pork, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, cauliflower and broccoli moray, stuffing and gravy. I had apple sauce too.
For pudding Mom had made my favourite…..we call it cookie pud.
Can’t tell you everything but it includes choc chip cookies, soaked in sherry, and layered with cream….and a mystery ingredient.
I love, love, love it.

@Traceyjayne mince beef, onion, garlic, matchstick sliced courgette, diced aubergine, tomatoes, more tomatoes, salt, thyme, black pepper and cinnamon.

We all know the "mystery" ingredient is hard liquor. You aren't fooling any of us on myLot. 
Your lunch does sound delicious but then, Mom's foods always do. (I would even eat peas 
for Mom and never say a word against them while I was around her... I'd complain to you about them later, of course. 
)
Hmm... I ate a chicken and cheese sandwich for breakfast but it's still too early for us to eat lunch.
