What’s for din? 10.4.2026

Tonight I made meatloaf, broccoli cheddar rice, green beans, Mac and cheese and crescent rolls. Good ol’ stick to your ribs food. Filling, fairly easy and something that everybody will eat. Even had a veggie for good measure. What did you have for dinner at your house?

I so want to eat at your house. I had what started out as a whole small Mediterranean pizza (Better Goods), but turned out to just be me eating the pizza crust. I think I need to start baking these things. In the microwave, too many things just end up soggy.

@thislittlepennyearns I hadn’t thought about that. I need to take my air fryer out of the box and use it. I bought it on Prime Day the last time, and I still haven’t unboxed it. I kind of forgot I had it.

Sounds like good eats to me. I just fired up the grill and threw on some smoke sausages and served them on a bun with sauteed onions and red pepper with a salad on the side. Also good eats.
