Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 55 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 72. I'll take it for October. I have work today as usual. I will be lecturing all day so hopefully the day will pass quickly. I also need to figure out what we need for the Baking Club's cake truffle project this week. It will be a busy day. No big plans for the afternoon aside from taking out some cardboard and making dinner. What's everyone else up to today?

Morning! 72 in October is a gift, enjoy it while it lasts. Cake truffles sound like a fun project, the kids will love that. Hope the lecturing goes by fast and dinner is easy tonight.

Hopefully your day goes well and goes by quickly. Don't have much planned for today. I am working from home today. My kids also have a day off from school. So it's nice that I get to spend a bit of time with them.

Good morning! I have a doctors appointment this morning, and then it’s the pharmacy. I also have to wait for a delivery at my dad‘s house because they are gone.
