3 ingredient cake ….have you heard of it ?

I have seen a few people making a 3 ingredient cake, and I must admit I think it looks delicious.
Have you heard of it ?
You can , of course, add your own flavouring if you wish …fruit, cocoa, choc chips etc ….
The three ingredients to make the cake are …..
Natural yogurt
Condensed milk
Flour
Simply mix everything and add flavouring if you wish.
Once baked for half an hour it will be baked and when cooked , ready to eat.
Couldn’t be simpler….
What do you think , does it sound nice ?

It’s 300g self raising flour,
250g natural yogurt
I tin condensed milk ( our tins are 397g)
I want to put something in it ….not sure what. …I have choc chips

@snowy22315 yes, and chocolate is my favourite.
One I saw being made recently had peppermint essence and choc chips added ….the lady making it said it was like an after eight chocolate …but , in a cake.

@toniganzon I haven’t made it yet, I plan to make it soon though .i have to get the yogurt…..and decide on the flavour I want to add.

I am not big on using sweetened condensed milk--I have before for a few recipes but wow, it's so, so sweet. But your easy cake sounds really good.
Here in the US there is one cake, most generally cooked in a loaf pan, that's been around for years. Dolly Parton made it famous in the movie Steel Magnolias, and it's nickname of ''cuppa cuppa cake''. It has 3 ingredients, flour, sugar, and fruit cocktail with the juice. She joked that she served it with ice cream, to ''cut the sweetness.''

I didn’t see your post.
There is a local lady ( local to me ) who I have been watching on fb …totally amazing, and she made one a few days ago .since then I’ve seen them everywhere….

A cake with three ingredients sounds like a wonderful idea.
