I can imagine how terrible it is. Having a migraine for a very very long time. I just used to hear it fro my mom and how she would get annoyed easily when we bother her and she was having her migraine. She was really irritable.
I swore I wouldn't be the same to my son.

I am happily retired so I don’t have an alarm ….unless I choose to do something or go somewhere I can get up when I want .

Yeah that's what all retired people say.
I never owned an alarm clock nor have I ever needed it since I was a kid.
I have my own body clock.
