I love biriyani made with chicken or mutton

Chicken biriyani and mutton biriyani are very popular in India. Same quantity of rice is taken like the chicken or mutton. Potatoes are given. The onions are fried and given. There is nutmeg and kesar given for adding taste. The better the mutton or chicken are boiled the better they add taste in biriyani.

Chicken and mutton biriyani are my favorite, the smell alone makes me hungry. Never knew the rice and meat were the same amount, that explains why it tastes so rich. Fried onions and kesar sound so good too, now I want some for dinner.
