Hurricane Check In #3

It is nearing the end of Thursday, and we are going to start experiencing the effects of the hurricane's outer bands within the next few to several hours. So, I am enjoying the "panic" posts from people. By enjoying, I mean absolutely detesting them. I mean, I get it. People are worried about the hurricane, but some people are just over the top. So, that's my hurricane check-in post. People are annoying. Who needs 12 loaves of bread and 16 packs of toilet paper? Yes, we stocked up, but we got things we would actually use and items that would last if the power went out. We filled our gas cans, but we try to keep gas cans at the house on regular days, too, not just during storms. I have seen some reports saying that the storm is now expected to strengthen to a Category 3. So, we will see. I haven't heard from @moffittjc today. Sir, are you going to get any of this hurricane? Are you guys ready? I will be back with another check-in when there is more to report.
