Has Chat GPT ever steered you wrong?

I have never used ChatGPT or Claude or any of them.

I mostly make chat gpt solve aptitude questions or write emails. It has served me good.

When consulting them directly, I’m often impressed by the depth and accuracy they provide. Still, there are times when their answers or solutions aren’t entirely correct. When my laptop crashed from a virus infection, it took me a while to thoroughly clean my PC and make sure it was safe again. After trying several of their suggested options, I eventually managed to remove the virus. I believe the key is to clearly describe your problem and provide all the details, so they can figure out the best solution for you.

Yes, at times. I myself had to feed it links to steer clear its direction to guide me.

It has given me incorrect information several times

Yeah it happens to me sometimes too, especially when I ask about something specific like car stuff. I always double check with videos or other people before I trust it fully. Overall I think it's pretty helpful, just not something to follow blindly.

I haven't used any of them

We use it a lot but mostly for simple stuff. It can save us ages of research sometimes. It's very handy.
