So The Mister was even later than usual getting home today.
I had to phone Mom and say he wasn’t back so did she want to get her own tea today as we couldn’t say when he would be back.
She understood and was fine with that.
When he did get back he needed a sleep, which made us even later going to eat something to eat. But, he really does need that sleep when he gets back.
As for good we decided to go yo the local pub.
We both had Hunters Chicken Schnitzel.
It was delicious.
What did you have to eat today ?

@traceyjayne I stuffed portobello mushrooms with courgette, onion, aubergine and red pepper mixed into ricotta dusted with nutmeg. On top was a slice of halloumi which was then grilled. Accompanied by coriander and walnut pesto and chilli breadcrumbs.

Hunters chicken schnitzel is a piece of chicken covered in breadcrumbs, cooked, then topped with slices of bacon, cheese and bbq sauce.
Hunters chicken is the same just without the breadcrumbs….
Both are delicious …..and, well, you know me and chicken !
