Boiled sweet potato

Hi all I am having my breakfast now. My mother in law just boiled a big sweet potato. She sliced it into many pieces. Then she added some coconut milk. Coconut milk gives creamy taste.

I usually bake my sweet potatoes, and then sprinkle a little cinnamon on it.

I just boil them and eat. I am a huge fan of sweet potatoes since the day I first tried it!

it is the most simple one. coconut milk is easy to find in india too

i like baked sweet potato too. in Indonesia there is one variety of sweet of potato that when it is baked the taste is so sweet like honey

I like sweet , boiled potato, but don't add coconut milk to it. I eat boiled potatos with sugar or jaggery.
