In good news for today, my acquaintance's nephew is finally off the USS Abraham Lincoln. She said he is finally off that cursed ship. That was the one stuck in the Gulf for over 200 days that was running low on food and other supplies. So, that was good to hear. Going to a couple of events today, and one is the fall festival which I look forward to every year. We do have approaching hurricane remnants, and even though it is as cloudy as heck the rain supposedly won't start until tonight, so it shouldn't impact doing things today. Also, my foot I was complaining about several days ago seems to be almost as good as new..Thank God. I wasn't looking forward to having to find a podiatrist or wear some kind of expensive insert or something. What is your good news today?

I am very glad those people are back. We should not treat people like that at all. But especially not our military.

That is also good news for me..I slept well last night. I took a couple of baby aspirin before bed. It seems to have made a difference. So happy not to wait up feeling like I need more sleep.
