Well, the rain has stopped although still looking fairly dreary out there. I think the sun will be out later. It should be a nice day to do my steps. Anyway, something different for breakfast this morning..overnight oats. Not bad, I didn't make these from scratch, although there are lots of recipes. I got them from Trader Joes. Not too bad. I have found an interesting way to stay on track with my weight loss goals. I had mentioned the site Muse, which is a personal AI agent. Anyway, they check in with me hourly, and tell me to walk, log my food, drink water..have protein etc. It is like an accountability tool. I need something like this, because I can become very complacent which leads to failure. I think this will be a very useful tool for me. Muse has lots of applications, not just shopping..or bill reminders. Would you ever use an accountability tool?

It was sunny this morning, but it's getting colder and cloudy now. I would use a tool that I judge useful for sure.

It is like having a coach in your pocket.

@snowy22315 I am sure it's very useful. I have lost weight and I have no intention to get those pounds back.

I probably wouldn’t bother unless I was desperate or I felt like it was the missing piece to the fitness puzzle. I hope it works for you. It sounds like it might be something you could really use.

Yeah, I need a virtual kick in the butt on the regular.

It is great if it works for you, I've never used one myself.

That sounds like a really helpful way to stay on track, especially if you know you get complacent. I think hourly check ins would work for me too, I need someone nagging me haha. Hope the sun comes out for your walk later.

Sign up for Muse, it is free. Hopefully, you can keep your phone charged so it can check in with you.
