Is my brain wired weird?

So I am sitting at my desk, doing nothing of any importance, when I hear a fairly large metal beam hit the ground. It makes two sounds, both of which are distinct musical notes that I can sing. I go to my guitar, which is lying on my bed, and find the two notes. (I do NOT have perfect pitch.) At that point I realize I could identify many material objects by the sounds they make when they hit the ground. Do Ihave to step away from the hookah?

Ha, that is actually a cool skill, most people never notice stuff like that. Going to your guitar to match the notes made me smile. I think you're fine, maybe just keep an ear out for more falling things.

You could I suppose. Or just be the person you are. We are all individuals. Each one of us see and hear things and then interpret them in our own way. You are into music and you see the world through a musical lense. But the pooka has been known to enhance this gift. Just saying...

I think that makes you very creative. When I can't sleep I can write up whole articles in my head just lying in bed and then writing them up on the PC when I fnally get up,
