Earphones not working and it's not even been a year.

Warranty is 2 years, i believe.
Actually ,they are working but right earphone got broken and it's sticky, like they glued it terrible in a factory so it got dettached. it's a sport sony wired earphones and i paid 11 euros for them.
With older earphones, i usually lose a sound on the left or the right.
I need to visit the store where i bought these earphones and demand to return me the money but i'm not in the mood lately and not sure will they make problems for me.
Ah, why is always the same thing.

There is a warranty of 2 years right? They should replace it.
My AirPods Pro have been with me for 5 years already I think and it's still working perfectly with all the functions available. But I paid over $250 when it was first launched. But I think it's worth the money coz I'm still using it until now without any issue.
