Hello everyone, how are you doing?
Another day of eating is done.
My blood sugars have been higher today - according to my CGM - I don't know if it is because it is still calibrating or because I haven't worn one in a week or so. Just frustrating, no reason it should have stayed over 100 all day.
What did I eat?
Meal 1 - 7 slices of bacon, 2 eggs cooked in some of the bacon grease
Meal 2 - about 11 oz salmon
Macros -- 1,148 calories, 0 carbs, 82 fat, 97 protein
I know, doesn't sound like a lot. But the fish meal was huge. And at least I got a lot of protein in - though I would have liked to have the fat higher.
We'll see what the scale says in the morning -- one more day until I do a weekly weigh in. So far it seems to have been pretty productive on the scale this week.
What do you all think?

Well I always figured they needed cooked in some kind of oil or something so they don't stick to the pan lol. So I just cook it in some of the bacon grease if I had just cooked some. Gives it a good taste, to me.
I've probably made scrambled eggs with milk before. Supposed to make the fluffier or something, I forget. Sorry you didn't like the taste. I feel that as I don't like scrambled eggs at all lol.
Salmon was good, just probably should have had a smaller amount because I was stuffed lol

@MommyOfEli2013 No, you must eat the salmon for all of us who can’t buy any! I’ll enjoy it vicariously through you.
Oh wait, my Nana would put in milk and American cheese with the scrambled eggs. I hated American cheese. It’s just wrong on every level.

@AmbiePam Well I probably eat it more than I should lol...I'd eat it every day if I could afford it and it didn't have like the mercury or whatnot.
Well that is interesting to add cheese too...not sure either of those would make it any more appetizing lol.
Oh? Well maybe that is because it is not really cheese? more plastic than cheese I think! Though I always liked the taste myself lol

Fish is one of the healthiest things you can eat.

That's true, fish is pretty good for you, I try to have it a couple times a week.

I didn't know you wore them too. But perhaps. Still giving me trouble today.
It was filling, that's for sure
