No Thursday shopping with Mom today ….she is still poorly.

So, as you know i usually meet my Mom in town on a Thursday morning and we go shopping. Unfortunately, she has been proper poorly this week and is still in bed. So once I’ve given her some breakfast ….half a cup of tea and one slice of bread and butter with a tiny amount of marmalade, I shall be on a solo shopping trip. We need bread, milk etc….. It will be strange and I know. The lady on the deli counter will ask about her …. What are you doing today ?
