Do trees feel the cold ? Yes If cheese suddenly tasted of chicken ……and chicken tasted of cheese, would it freak you out ? That would be really odd, it wouldn't certainly make you stop and think! Do animals ever wonder what they look like ? I expect so, in certain circumstances they know they have to look their best. If you sit in the bath for a long time your skin gets wrinkly…..so why doesn’t the skin on fish get wrinkly ? Because it's adapted to life in water of course, and we are not. Does a coffee table know if you put a cup of tea on it ? No Don’t lie awake tonight thinking about these ….. I certainly won't! These make me think of that question that was doing the rounds decades ago - if a tree falls in the forest and there is nobody there to hear it, does it still make a sound? And yes, of course it does. What kind of human chauvinist would even think that the laws of physics only apply when humans are present?

I sometimes wonder how special needs children/people see the world. How blind weople perceive? What dreams do they get? Nothing weird about those questions. I get only one answer. If you're somewhat sick the tastes will be funny at times. And everything has consciousness.

Ha, the fish one got me, never thought about that before. I think I would be freaked out if chicken suddenly tasted like cheese tho. Now I'm gonna be up all night wondering if my coffee table has feelings
