Misplaced happy Mail?

I got an alert yesterday, late at night that my package from eBay had been delivered. Because it was so late, we deicded not to go back and check.
So when we went out today, we went to check. I checked the mail box. I checked the package drop. I checked the porch.
NO package.
So now I get to deal with the seller on eBay and see if they will send me something else, or if they are going to refund the money.

@thislittlepennyearns I have but that doesn't mean that I like it. I prefer to get at store if possible.

@AmbiePam it’s just frustrating because I can’t even bring it to eBay’s attention until after I give him the seller like 5 to 7 days

And the ebay seller is saying she wont even think about refunding it for seven days. And that I have to call usps? Isn't that part of a sellers job, to keep track of where the package I paid for is?

I haven't ordered from eBay in such a long time becuase it is always a hassle.
