Yes, that's right.
For a while, I find different kind of excuses to delay my walking or any activities that will make me move much.
But I know I really needed it. My back has been aching from sitting for a long time. My legs and feet sometimes ache when I stand up from prolong sitting.
So I started walking, for 13 days now. It's not as difficult as the first few days were I have to to drag myself to move.
I'm still a work in progress. There are days were I walk more. As long as I'm waking/moving. I do plan to increase my time gradually.
I just need to be consistent.
Wish me luck.

I can relate to your problem since when I sit down on a chair for a long time, my body tends to tell me to stand up and walk in place.

The body definitely reminds us when we've been sitting for too long! Even getting up for a little walk around can help break up those long periods of sitting.

Thank you! It's encouraging to see that small steps can turn into a consistent habit. Hopefully, the progress continues.

You should do some stretching exercises to help your back.

Exactly, getting past those first few days is a big achievement. Building the habit gradually seems much more realistic than pushing too hard and giving up. Thanks for the encouragement!
