The Mister wants supper ….

Yes, The Mister is hungry …and that means one thing …supper is coming . He bought some packs of chicken from Iceland during the week. It has various coatings on it. So, he is peckish, and the chicken is in the fridge…well, now it is in the air fryer …. We will be having it with a side dollop of mayo … Chicken and mayo anyone …. ?

Sounds good to me. Getting chicken from Iceland seems a bit unusual to me.

@JudyEv. Iceland is a shop here in the UK. …it specialises in frozen goods. So The Mister gets chicken in various coatings that are frozen …he cooks them in the air fryer for his lunches when he is working away then, if he has any left he brings them home for a supper at the weekend.

Chicken and mayo sounds so good right now honestly. Air fryer chicken is the best, gets crispy so fast. Enjoy your supper, sounds like the Mister picked a good one.
