Isn't That How It Goes? (Birthday Gifts)

Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
I ordered my mom some gifts for her birthday tomorrow, but there had not been updates on when it was going to arrive - so I went to the store today and got her some gifts in person.
Well, now the order has updated and it should get here on time! Has that happened to you?
Now I will probably save one of the things coming for her Christmas and put the 3 smaller items in with her stuff I got today.
In the store today I got her a maroon colored long sleeve shirt (I hope she'll like the color, it's one of my favories - I would have got it in blue if they had that color), a candle, a body cream (kind of like lotion), some epsom salt, a cute mug with dogs all over it, and some sweets. From the online order I had ordered a "dog mom" shirt, but I will save that for Christmas. I also got her a cool light, a ring, and a personlized deck of cards - with a picture of her dog Fifi.
I will have Eli help me tonight in making her birthday cake.
Would you save any of the gifts that are arriving for later, or just give all anyway?

For all she did for me and loved me I used to load up my mom with gigts on her birthdays and ot Christmas. I hope you mom has a great brithday,

It’s a nuisance when you order something for a particular date, then you are not sure if it will actually arrive in time. I would have done the same as you …..gone to the shops and bought something.
I would save some of the gifts for Christmas …

Yes that is a big one. I thought I ordered in enough time, but clearly not...well just barely sneaking by.
Saving is good if you got plenty at the store.
For Christmas I will order at least by mid November lol! Give it almost a month and half to arrive haha

That stinks that it has, it is definitely annoying lol.
It is probably for the best, and then I can try and get other Christmas stuff earlier to give it time to arrive.
I hope she'll like everything.
