Waiting on Test Results to Determine Trip Status

Life certainly can throw a curveball at you.
I went to the doctor this morning. She took blood lab tests. Waiting on test results for that
She saw my “bulge “ and pressed on my stomach and said my liver is enlarged and I could possibly be having appendicitis. She sent me over to the hospital for an emergency CT scan. Not the emergency room but just a rush imaging test.
I’m expecting to get results within an hour.
I don’t know yet whether or not I can take my trip.
I’d like to know what’s wrong with me. At least now I know it wasn’t all in my head.
