Annoying Back Pain

Hey everyone, how are you doing?
I had back pain for a long time. Once I went on this carnivore journey the back pain went mostly away.
Once in a while though, like currently, I find my back is in a lot of pain. It hurts to sit, stand up, move certain ways. Much worse pain then the constant kind I used to have
Just hoping it goes away soon...

It definitely is not, I mean I got used to back pain for years, but this pain is worse than the kind I was used to

@MommyOfEli2013 cannot help you there but I did have chronic sciatica pain on the lower left side. I could hardly sit and took a while of creaming it and all then it went away and miraculously now if my sciatic ever stabs me due to weather or the cold if does for only a short while and mostly I no longer feel it, So I hope that is the case with your back pain that is will just eventually go away,

@RasmaSandra Sorry you dealt with that kind of pain, I am sure worse than this, or maybe this is close...but yeah it really stinks. Creaming it? I looked at the link, and will have to read more in detail, but got the gist of it. Not really sure what is causing it sadly so don't really know what would help. That is great yours went away like that. I hope mine will too. but not yet.

@MommyOfEli2013 Extra stress? that can cause it too? Time of the month? Lol just guessing anything that can make a back hurt lol

@thislittlepennyearns no more stress than usual lol, or that time either. I would say inflammation but the pain from inflammation was never this bad.

I haven't, no. The pain started yesterday after I had walked around shopping for a couple hours. But usually that doesn't cause my back to hurt like this.

Just wish I knew what caused it, seemed to come out of nowhere. Maybe I just overdid it.
