The 3rd time is likely not the charm

The Department of Justice has charged former FBI Director James Comey for a THIRD time. This time it is because he supposedly transmitted national defense information (and intended to) to try to clarify information that had been reported by Reuters. If you remember Comey was the FBI Director who announced an investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server just 2 weeks before the 2016 election. When Trump won Comey declined to pledge loyalty to him and eventually approved the "Russia Russia Russia" investigation into election interference. Trump fired him, bashed him, and got the DOJ going after him (and his daughter) during his 2nd term. This is now his 3rd attempt to go after Comey. It is going to go nowhere. Comey has a legit case to argue "vengeful prosecution" and these charges have been filed without even a grand jury indictment. It is all so pathetic.
