Pharmacy lady. Why people bug other people when there is no need for that

I have a social insurance and it feels different but it's like having 2 insurances like most people here so, everything is good.
well, i couldn't go to my regular pharmacy store cause, i was tired so i went to the closest one,which i don't like that much but sometimes you don't have a choice.
and yes, they had to ask me if i have a second insurance and i said i have a social one 2 times, while wearing a mask (i extracted my tooth). i also didn't understand why the question and not sure if the pharmacist told me or i asked but she said, o yes, i see some code for your insurance.
I really wanted to say to her if you see it why do you bug me, is it that necessary?
Instead i just said if you can see it, then it's like that with a little bit of a tone. i have a mask, i have a right to pick up my medicines so, why asking additional questions if you don't have to.
really... next time i'll ask what's the problem.

i don't like people interogating me cause, it feels like that. if something was the issue, she could have said she saw a special code, is that correct and problem solved. in my favourite pharmacy store, they don't bug me or maybe that was only with an older and wiser pharmacist.
maybe that's their way of work, very automatic but getting this insurance and instead of making my life easier, i feel i have to prove myself all the time and don't like that or that i will have another horrible experience like i had recently in a health center, when they didn't see my insurance while it was there.
you are right but it's the way they say it, it's too direct and emotionless and intruding. even when i take a teeth scan, i get a question are you pregnant, like in an army setting. noone had ever told me words like, sorry to ask you, are you pregnant. yeah... that would be ideal.
