I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 40 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. No clue what the high is. I never know how to dress for work because the odds are 50/50 that the AC or heat will be on. That's why I have a sweatshirt and fleece blanket in the prep room. I was in bed early. I woke up early. I'm heading to work early. My body hurts today. I feel like I was beaten up. My knee has been hurting for a couple of days but now my other knee, back, and elbow have joined in. Ugh. Lecturing about cell organelles. Should be a busy day. After work I have an appointment with the optopmetrist. I need new glasses. What's everyone else up to today?

It will be good to finally get you glasses up to par with where you need them to be. I’m going to the pharmacy today, and then dropping by my dad’s house again to pick up packages that were sent to his house while I was on my cruise. He’ll be getting packages for a few days more before they start to come to my place again.
