Though not one is any better, arthritis is much manageable than a herniated disc.

@rakski well I guess that it's a good thing then. Just sounds awful though

Well is arthritis any better? Lol
He didn't even suggest physical therapy. Maybe in still would see my regular doc for that referral. Though I don't know if I could handle therapy

@MommyOfEli2013 At east it would be more comfortable. But how often should you take it?

I don't think it will get rid of it, just help things relax?

Yeah, arthritis stinks, and it seems to come for everyone. It came for you early! I had in my early twenties due to the car accident I had at 18, but my poor mom had it in her spine, like me, and she also had it in her hands and feet.
I’m glad you went to the Urgent Care though just to make sure it wasn’t worse. Because yes, arthritis is bad, but I was picturing much worse! I didn’t tell you that, but I was. I just didn’t say anything because my imagination tends to get me in trouble.
Muscle relaxers tend to make me so sleepy so I try to just take them at night. Hopefully, they’ll be just what you need for the pain.

I am still curious what you originally had thought the other day.
I could have had this all along and my cheats last week could have just made it a lot worse perhaps, I am sure it is not new. That or the curved spine - I was told that was curved as a child because they checked us one year in elementary school.
Sorry you both have dealt with it, just the pain in general is not fun. No matter where it is. I probably have it in my knees too.
Well that is good to take them at night if they cause you to be tired/sleepy. The doctor offered 2 different ones, the one he gave me is not supposed to cause that...but we'll see. I only have about 5 days worth (or 15 if I only take 1 a day) but not sure how well it will help.

Not sure it's going to help much. Didn't even refer to a physical therapist or anything. Just "hope the muscle relaxer helps".

Well if I can ever stick to the carnivore diet with out any cheats, then it may help my inflammation go away which I'm theory might help

Well it was not really great, but I guess better than it could have been.

At least your mind can be at ease knowing the cause. My issue is permanent and will never get better.

Yes, but glad to know what it is, I guess. Not sure if it's curable though. Took one of them already, it's a tad better but it's only the first dose
