Chicken and mushroom in a creamy garlicky sauce

Yes, that’s what we are having for tea this evening.
A couple of weeks ago I bought a huge pack of chicken breasts and put loads in the freezer.
So today we are going to be out and about getting jobs done so I need something quick and easy for tea.
This should only take about half an hour with prep and cooking time. I shall serve it with rice.
It’s nice to be organised.
What will you be eating today ?

That sounds so good! I just had some bacon for breakfast, but I’ll admit about 6am I had some Sweet Maple and Bourbon snack mix I got to review. It has like honey graham cereal, butterscotch chips…I’m trying to resist eating more because I don’t need that much sugar, but it’s awfully difficult.
