Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding today ….

Oh yes, it’s Sunday …..
Roast dinner day …..
Today we had roast beef, roast potatoes, cabbage, green beans and carrots, Yorkshire puddings and gravy.
I had a change today and didn’t have mustard….i had horseradish sauce.
For dessert we had home made blackberry and apple crumble with cream.
Using blackberries I picked at the caravan and apples from our garden.
( the cream came from a cow called Daisy ……NO ….i made that bit up ! )

Chicken is a winner with me you know that ….i would have it with either coleslaw or honest mustard. Did you save me any ?

@Traceyjayne I believe it. When I studied abroad in England my friend's parents would pick us up for the weekend, take us (me) places, and serve a roast dinner before they brought us back to uni. Yorkshire puddings became a fast favorite!

It's still morning here so just cold cereal breakfast. Yorkshire pudding is so English!
