Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 56 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. Too cold! Today has been a waste. I've been napping on and off but that's okay because I obviously need the rest. Pretty much all I've accomplished is doing some laundry and getting the plants watered. I'll get dinner in the oven soon. I'm not hungry yet but I will be eventually. Plus I need something to bring to work for lunch tomorow. For now I'm just slamming a bottle of water and I have the Jets/Raiders game on. The Jets suck but I watch them in memory of my dad. They actually just scored a touchdown so I texted my uncle (my dad's brother) "what's wrong with the Jets?" What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

Watching the Jets in memory of your dad is kind of sweet, even when they suck. Texting your uncle mid game sounds like a good way to keep it going... fr that counts as an accomplishment lol

I listened to music for most of the morning. I may head to Safeway to get some basic groceries in a little bit. Then I'll check some football game summaries.

Aw, now I feel bad for being glad nerdy Kirk Cousins beat the Jets. I usually root for the underdogs, and man, the Jets are definitely the underdogs. My dad just left to go home. He comes over Sunday afternoons to watch Redzone. I don’t have much in common with my dad, but we both love football.

The Mister. Mom and I all fell asleep after our lunch. I got my laundry done last night ….but it’s still hanging on the dryer, The Mister can put his clean stuff in his bag tonight before he goes to bed and I can put the rest away tomorrow….im not carrying it all upstairs just for him to carry half of it down again ! I’ve just made his hard boiled eggs and made our sandwiches for the next few days …. I’m going to gave a coffee now ….im debating if I should start the Baileys !
