Plane Crash in Florida Today

A Learjet plummeted to the ground like a missile today in Greenacres, Florida, killing all 9 people on board. Video of the crash was captured by numerous dash cams in people's cars, as the crash happened alongside a busy road. The plane was in route from Texas to the Bahamas. My heart goes out to all those killed in the crash. What makes it even more disturbing to me is that it happened in a former community I lived in, and less than a mile from where my parents used to live. After I graduated from college, I took a job as the athletic director for the City of Greenacres, then a small town of about 20,000 people. I also lived there with my brother in an apartment before buying my first house in Boynton Beach. My parents lived out their final years in the community of Cresthaven, which is where the crash took place in Greenacres. So it hit kind of close to home. There is already all kinds of speculation spreading over the internet, many thinking it had something to do with the defensive missiles that were just installed around Mar-a-lago (Donald Trump's Florida home) less than 7 miles from where the crash occurred. Someone has already leaked the recording of the final minutes of the cockpit conversation between the pilots and the control tower, and it is clear from the communication that the plane was in a free fall well before it got anywhere close to Florida. I think it's just coincidence that the crash happened so near to the President's home. Please keep in your prayers those whose lives were lost, and their families.
