Why is there a naked man at the dumpster?

At first I thought it was a man in a bunny suit or something. But then he returned with another small bag of garbage. Naked as the eyes of a clown.
He sprinted back to his apartment.
After a moment of thought, I realized who he was. He's the "crazy" guy who lives about six apartments down from me. Last night he was delivering a rambling speech in the parking lot.
He has been here a couple of months now, tormenting his neighbors with his loud music and odd rants. I would guess his diagnosis to be schizophrenia.
I have no idea how often a social worker visits him (I assume he has one) or how long he's going to be here.
Have you seen naked (or just crazy) people running around recently? Are you old enough to remember when "streaking" was a thing? I think it was in the early to mid 1970s.

Thankfully, no. I have seen seen people doing toilet business in broad daylight in front of all.

That reminds me, I need to take my trash out. I'd better take off all my clothes and get that taken care of.

If one of you in your apartment complex reported him to the Police, they could arrest him for indecent exposure.

Hell no! There might be some skinny dippers down at the lake after dark in season, but I am never there then. Remember that song "The Streak" that was a goofy, but funny tune.
