I roasted sprouts in the air fryer !

My favourite vegetable is sprouts ….i know not many folk would say that.
Here it is tradition to have them at Christmas, and a lot of people fo just because it is tradition, they don’t really like them.
However, I love them….i even made sprout soup .
Today I thought I would try something new….i cut them in half , tossed in a little oil, salt and pepper and roasted them in the air fryer…they were blooming delicious….i will definitely be cooking them like that again ….
What’s your favourite vegetable and how do you like it cooked ?

I love them too. I never thought I would, so I was late to trying them, but they are delicious to me, especially when cooked the way you mentioned.
My favorite vegetable is corn, whether on the cob, or cream cheese corn. Mexican corn is tasty too. However, I eat green beans or black eyed peas more than any other vegetable.

My kitchen stinks of sprouts right now !
I have had corn on the cob but I find it tricky to eat so I just have the sweetcorn in a tin ….

@AmbiePam I bet if you opened a window and breathed in , you would smell it too ……it’s very strong ….didnt seem that bad when they were cooking !
