After all, if tomato sauce were made exclusively from actual tomatoes, it would be impossible for it to be sold at such low prices in the market. These sweet potatoes are typically planted after a rice harvest, as they are easy to cultivate, even over large areas of land.

These sweet potatoes are abundant in my area too. They are often boiled and enjoyed either plain or with a light sprinkle of sugar to enhance their natural sweetness.
