Update on our missing rescue dog: She just returned to our gate, crying for food—and she’s no longer pregnant! After feeding her, I followed her back to where she had been hiding, and I found the puppies! I haven't touched them yet so I don't distress her, but they are safe.

I bet she wasn't far from the house, how many did she have & what kind of puppies are they or the mother ? congratulations

You're right—it's just near our house, in a vacant lot! I've spotted two puppies so far, but I haven't checked their genders yet.

@2ndchances24 , Yes, it's her first time! I’ve actually been thinking about getting her spayed, but I was worried because of her special condition—she has a bad leg and doesn’t walk steadily
